Prepaid Monthly Membership Terms and Conditions

PRICES: All prices are subject to change with 1 months notice after each 6 month period. Packages can be terminated at any time.

INCLUSIONS: Unlimited waxing includes unlimited waxing services for men or women, full body waxing see service menu for inclusions.
Bank fees: You will automatically be charged any bank fee imposed by the setup of the direct debit and ongoing fees by ezidebit, plus a processing fee for any declined payment. If your payment had not been made after two attempts and you schedule an appointment you will be required to pay in salon and a penalty fee of $10.00.

LATE PAYMENT FEE: It is your responsibility to ensure cleared funds are available in your nominated bank account or credit card to meet the direct debit payment.

MONTHLY PAYMENT: You authorise ezidebit and The Brazilian Hut to process debit or credit card charges on your billing cycle day of each month following the initial six (6) month initial payment period of your membership.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION FEE: You must cancel directly to ezidebit by phoning 1300 763 256 and emailing [email protected] Cancellations are not accepted in salon, this allows the direct debit authority to be cancelled correctly. You may cancel your membership any time after the initial six (6) month period has been paid, provided such notice is no less than 5 business days prior to the start date of member’s monthly billing cycle. For instance if member’s monthly charge occurs on the 8th of each month, notice to cancel must be given no later than by the 3rd of that month. If member elects to cancel prior to the six month initial period, member acknowledges and agrees to pay a $50 cancellation fee to The Brazilian Hut and any bank fees to ezidebit. At which time any appointments made are paid at full price.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment please phone 12 hours prior to ensure we can allocate that time to someone else. When you cancel or not show up for an appointment without notice, we are unable to give that appointment to another client. We are aware that circumstances out of our control can happen and we are only a phone call away.

LATE CANCELLATION: If you cancel without notice or do not show up for more than one appointment it is recorded in our system at which time your membership can be cancelled.

SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP: At The Brazilian Huts discretion, your membership may be revoked at any time and for any reason, including if, in the reasonable judgment, you have acted in a manner contrary to the best interests or safety of staff or any members of the Club, or if your account has a balance past due. The Brazilian Hut also reserves the right to refuse a service to a member if such member poses a health or safety risk or is disturbing to, or appears likely to disturb, other members or staff.

EXCLUSIONS: You must abide by the individual rules of your membership. Additional fees apply if you choose to use services outside of your membership inclusions. Spray Tanning or tinting services excluded.

GUARANTEE OF SERVICE: At The Brazilian Hut we guarantee our services. If in the event you are not satisfied with their services, you must notify us within 24 hours so that we can assess the situation and return to the salon.

AVAILABILITY: From time to time you may not be able to book an appointment time of your preference. We recommend booking ahead and cannot guarantee you can always get your preferred time.

MEDICATION USE OR CONTRAINDICATIONS: You are obliged to notify the salon of any allergies or medication prior to your appointment.
Let our Waxing Specialists know about any allergies or medical conditions you have. Waxing is not suitable if you have been using Retin A or Ro-Accutane within the last six months.
Hormonal changes, medication including antibiotics, the pill, stress and Illness can affect your skin sensitivity. Sunburnt skin cannot be waxed. If you are suffering from foliculitis or have any concerns about medication and waxing we recommend you visit your health care professional for advice.

FREQUENCY OF SERVICES: Member acknowledges that this contract provides for unlimited monthly waxing services. However, member agrees to limit the number of services per visit to any body services of their choice per visit that is viable. For example not booking for a full leg wax if hairs are not long enough to be waxed.
This is no limit to the amount of days per month a member can visit the salon.

TRANSFER: You may transfer your membership to another person who must fulfil the membership term set out in this agreement. This must be done in person.

GENERAL: Service inclusions may change with one months prior notice. Any such changes will not affect the terms of this agreement
You also recognise that the third party billing agent Service Agreement forms part of this overall agreement and all points are fully understood.
