Cancellation Policy


If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. A courtesy SMS reminder is sent the evening before your appointment to ensure you don’t forget! As a courtesy please reply YES to confirm or phone the salon as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.


If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment please phone 48 hours prior to ensure we can allocate that time to someone else. When you cancel or not show up for an appointment without notice, we are unable to give that appointment to another client. We are aware that circumstances out of our control can happen and we are only a phone call away.

If you cancel without notice or do not show up for more than one appointment it is recorded in our system. We will then be unable to make an appointment for you without receiving your credit Card or Visa Debit.

This is to secure your booking, if in the event you cancel without notice or do not show up for an appointment, 50% of the service will be charged to your account, however we will take prepayment of 50% of your service as a security if required. If you book an appointment on the same day please ensure you are able to meet that time.


If you are late for your appointment please phone to ensure we can still fit you in, if you wish to still keep your appointment your time will shortened to ensure it does not affect the next appointment, which means you may not be able to get all the services you were booked in for. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment so you don’t miss out. We understand circumstances out of your control can affect your appointment.

Brazilian Hut is an extremely busy salon and we value your time, so please value ours.
