APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE

BOOK AHEAD SO YOU DON’T MISS OUT

Arrival Time
We understand this time of the year is very busy for everyone. The traffic will be busier or harder than usual to find parking. Please ensure you accommodate this when heading to your appointment to ensure you are not late. 

As salons will be booked out and we allocate appointment timing per client. If you arrive late for your appointment it affects fitting in your services and then affects the next clients appointment too. 

We understand circumstances are out of your control, we simply ask that you call to advise us so we can make other arrangements for you. 

We cannot always accommodate late arrivals for appointments. Our salons are back to back and there is genuinely no room to squeeze you in if you do arrive late. Our team will try our best to accommodate you.

Please consider traffic and parking during this busy time and leave ahead of time prior to your appointment to factor in this busy time of the year.


Prepayment
For all appointments from 18th – 31st December We will contact you prior to your scheduled appointment to take prepayment. This will secure your booking.

For any same day cancellations from 20th – 24th December, you will forfeit the full payment. Please ensure you provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule and the amount will be credited to your rebook if we have an availability.

Prepayment allows us to secure your appointment and assist our business running smoothly and no eftpos machine delays due to volume. It also means you can be in and out with your appointment without having to wait and process in reception afterwards.

Prepayment is taken over the phone or using a secure link through STRIPE payments.

We appreciate this is not a service some clients wish to use. If this is the case, you have the option to pay cash at salon prior to the appointment or we can reschedule your appointment in January.

Unconfirmed Appointments
If you have not replied to the SMS confirmation or replied to our phone calls during the week of 20th – 24th December, your appointment will automatically be cancelled. To confirm reply YES to the SMS confirmation and process prepayment for your appointment. We do our best to get in contact with you.

Cancellation Policy 24 hours notice. 
Sms confirmations are sent as Courtesy reminders 
Please reply YES to confirm or phone the salon to confirm. 

Non-Confirmed appointments will be cancelled
If you have not replied YES to your sms to confirm your appointment or answered any of our calls to confirm your appointment it will automatically be cancelled at 8:00pm the day prior. 

Gift Vouchers 
You can purchase a $30, $50 or $100 voucher over the phone and we will email you a gift voucher or alternatively you can collect the hard copy in salon.
